Willem Grimminck is driven by passion for impact investment, company building and entrepreneurial ecosystems. He built One to Watch from the ground up starting in 2012, coincided by an investment in dairy. With a good sense of the needs of early-stage companies, Willem led the inception of ‘Rockstart Impact’ – the first business accelerator in Nepal. The accelerator has offered more than 1,200 companies with opportunities to scale, and engaged a community of more than 100 mentors. Willem was instrumental in establishing the Nepal Private Equity Association with a view of improving the enabling environment for SMEs.
