Pradip is the Technical Lead for Gham Power with more than 6 years of experience in the clean energy sector. He has the experience of installing rural micro grids and large scale commercial roof top solar system and has designed more then 10MW of solar PV system ranging from Residential to Large scale solar power plant. He was also the lead for the installation of the 514Kwp grid tied PV project at CIAA, 115Kwp grid tied PV project at TU Teaching Hospital. In addition, he has also led more than 100Kwp of rural micro grids and more than 50 solar roof top system for commercial building and offices.

He is an Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduate with specialization in Power and Control system from Kathmandu University. Outside work, he likes to travel to remote areas and spend time with people there.
