Jiban has been working with Gham Power as the Installation and Support Manager. He has more than 6 years of experience in the solar energy sector. He is also an expert in designing the structural aspects of large scale projects and has a sound knowledge in designing solar mounting structures. Jiban has managed and overseen nearly 500 solar PV Installations all over Nepal, including the installation of the 514 KW system at CIAA Nepal, 115 KW at Teaching Hospital and 42 KW at UNICEF ROSA. Additionally, he has also supervised the installation of various solar water lifting projects, solar microgrids and other Productive End Use systems. Furthermore, his down-to-earth nature ensures better communication with clients and partners alike.

He has completed his diploma in civil engineer in 2012 and he is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Purbanchal University.
