Easy 4 Steps to becoming a Happy Customer
Step 1: Free Energy Audit
We begin with our trained staff conducting a free energy audit of your home or building. We evaluate all your electrical appliances, lights, etc. to determine how much backup electricity you need on average. Based on this, we make recommendations to improve your energy efficiency. This decreases your overall energy usage, as it is more economic to save energy than produce energy.
Step 2: Prompt Installation
We will provide you different solar PV system options so you can select the right one based on your priorities. With each option, we provide you system size, costs, and installation time frame. Usually we complete installation within 30 days from the date of agreement.
Step 3: Hassle-Free Financing
A common challenge in installing solar is the relatively large upfront costs. We address this with our unique financing plan. For residential customers, financing makes it more economic than purchasing generic inverter/batteries, and for commercial customers, the cost become comparable to a diesel generator.
Via our partner Clean Energy Development Bank of Nepal, we offer a special hassle-free financing program to purchase solar PV systems in the same manner as purchasing a car or a motorcycle.

Applying for financing is a part of the purchasing process. When you place your order, we collect your loan application form and all the necessary documents and submit to bank. Within 2 days, all qualified loan applications get approved, and for very little up front cost, you will have your solar PV system up and running in no time.
Step 4: Peace of Mind with Full Service Plan
For the first two years following your PV system installation, Gham Power provides you a full installation warranty. During the period, Gham Power will provide regular site visits for cleaning and maintenance of the system, and also field any other support issues.
Customers also have the option to purchase extended warranty coverage after the two years.
