As a Sales Manager, you will join our senior management team to:
- Develop sales strategy, tactics, and plans for key market segments
- Generate new opportunities, and constantly meet clients and prospects
- Set sales targets and monitor/drive sales performance
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff
- Compile and analyze sales figures
- Collect customer feedback and research market and competition
Candidates should have experience selling relatively large size deals (30+ lakhs) to businesses, government, and NGOs. An MBA is a big plus. 3-5 years of sales and management experience, excellent communication skills, and high energy level are required attributes.
