“Power cut to stay till 2015: Energy Minister” – Wishful Thinking?

All major Nepali newspapers today are abuzz with this news that load-shedding is here to stay at least until 2015 (See Kantipur, The Himalayan Times, Nagarik ). As dire as this headline itself may seem, we think it’s actually wishful thinking (and would actually love to be proven wrong by some divine stroke of fate)

Inverter Ban Unlikely, Promote Solar Inverters Instead!
